Singapore February 2020

This February I was sent to Singapore between working in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This was my first proper time in Singapore. The only other times being my transfer home on the way back from Australia, and my lovely 6 hours wait in Changi Airport before going to the Philippines in 2019. I was only here a few days so I had to make the most of it outside of work. Luckily enough I was working on Sentosa Island and could spend my break exploring and chilling. Honestly, Sentosa Island is amazing, It literally has so much to do from a Luge to a Bungee. Fun fact the little bridge you cross onto the little island off of the beach, that spot is the most southern point in Asia.

One evening we checked out the Garden By The Bay at Marina Sands. We timed it right to seen the light show in the evening which is synced to the orchestra music playing. I would definitely check that out. In regards to eating, While I was there I was staying at Hotel Boss. And just underneath was a Hawker Market. Really good cheap food. Which was great as a dish would be like 5 dollars. Obviously, with all the media coverage, I couldn’t mention the Covid-19. While I was out in Singapore everywhere I went you would be temperature checked and given hand sanitiser. And everyone was wearing masks in airports. This was just before it really hit Europe. Loads of people were worried about me travelling but it was honestly okay. The weeks after in the UK were probably way worse than what I saw in Asia. But yeah back to photography. Check out my photos below! Thanks for taking the time to read my blog!
