Bury Court Barn Wedding Photographer

Laura and Mark had their wedding at Bury Court Barn in Bentley Farnham on a lovely September weekend in 2021. Bury Court is one of my favourite local venues. The grounds are beautiful and have so many great spots available for photos. I knew on my video call back in 2020 with Laura and Mark that their wedding will be amazing. The couple were lovely, they loved my work and we had a great venue, a match made in heaven.

Laura and the girls got ready on-site in the lovely new make-up room. The mirrors and the lighting are a photographer’s dream, and the upstairs window is perfect for portraits. Mark and the boys arrived suited and booted in one of Marks's friends Classic Bently. They had their ceremony outside at the new ceremony area, which is above the older one. The sun was shining and it was smiles all around. Drinks reception in the flower garden, with the flowers as a backing for the group photographs. You really are spoilt for choice for the number of photo locations at this venue.

The new skylight balcony on the dancefloor makes a great new angle for the dancefloor shots. And there were some dance moves to capture for sure. We ended the night with an off-camera flash shot in the long grass around the back of the venue. The great thing about September weddings I find is that you get the sun as well as the nighttime possibilities for photos.
